Before we begin developing your roadmap to wellness, you will need to understand how to observe and reflect. After all, your wellness ritual should address your needs. You must have a working knowledge of what feels helpful for your growth and healing.

Phase #1 OBSERVE Take note of what you feel and think during everyday experiences, i.e. observe how you respond to an internal cue to rest or thoughts that surface after a disagreement with your partner. Collect notes in a journal.
